Arrival and
Departure Policy
Check-In – after 14.00 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in,
reservation needs to be made two days before arrival.
Check-Out –12.00 Hours
Later check-outs are available on
request and subject to availability
Whole villa
Although
the villa is actually split in two independent units, the Villa is always
rented as a whole to assure maximum privacy…
Guarantee
Policy
All bookings must be guaranteed at time of
reservation by down-payment of a 50% deposit, no booking is confirmed
without receival of deposit down-payment
Cancellation
Policy
Low season: A reservation must be
cancelled 3 days prior to arrival. Penalty charge for late cancellation is
1 night.
Peak season: A reservation must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
Penalty charge for late cancellation equivalent to 50% rate of booking
(=deposit) unless we can find another guest to stay in this case we are
rather flexible
Child Policy
·
A
child under 12 years of age can stay in the parents room without being
charged (children over 12 yrs of age will be charged normally)
·
An
infant (up to 2 yrs) and a child below 12 Yrs can stay in the same room. A
cot and a child’s bed to be provided at no extra charge. A cot OR a child's
bed is provided FOC.
